As noted on the PorchDrinking.com Monday “Quick Sips” page, Sept 30th is yet another huge day of festivals, including Penrose Brewing Funk Fest, Revolution Brewing Oktoberfest, and Werk Force Brewing’s expansion party and Oktoberfest. But, if you are in the area near Imperial Oak Brewing, you’re going to be privy to quite a unique beer release event. Imperial Oak will host its 4th Annual Imperial Oaktoberfest celebration on September 30. As per the norm, the parking lot will turn into one big festival area complete with a giant tent and beer trailer, while a wild/sour bar will exist in the Savage Room, its recently opened, expanded space. The beer offered at the fest is truly a beer geek’s dream.
First, before I forget to mention it, all bottle and outdoor beer sales are cash only.
In addition to music, food trucks and the commemorative Das Boot drinking glass one will get to taste amazing beer.
